As a freelance System Analyst, I analyzed and documented the dashboard and accounting calculation system used by an auto repair shop. The goal was to translate the existing manual business process into clear technical documentation the development team could build from.
The analysis covered how service transactions, parts cost, and labor calculations flow through the system, mapped into structured diagrams that describe both the business process and the underlying data structure.
