Rebate System: Requirements & QA
Rebate System: Requirements & QA
This was the most complex project of my internship: a rebate management system covering eight distinct program types (Price Protection, Sell In, Sell Out, Program External, Program Internal, Loyalty, ADS, and Event), each with its own business rules, approval flow, and tax handling (PPN/PPh).
My role was to turn each program's business rules into test scenarios and validate them across the three user roles involved (Data Center, Tim Online, and Accounting), covering everything from program creation and status transitions to approval gates and claim processing. I ran manual UAT alongside automated test scripts, iterating with the business user to confirm each program type behaved as intended before sign-off.

Process & Deliverables
This project followed the same requirements-to-UAT cycle, at a larger scale:
- Business requirements gathered from users
- Flowchart
- Test scenarios across 8 program types and 3 user roles
- Automated test scripts
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
My involvement was limited to requirements, flow documentation, and testing. I did not have access to the system's codebase, database, or repository. Company and process details have been generalized to respect confidentiality.
